MP35N for Custom Spring Energizers

MP35N is a non-magnetic nickel-cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy offering a unique combination of ultra-high tensile strength (up to 300 ksi / 2068 MPa), excellent corrosion resistance, and high fatigue strength. At Handa Spring, we combine material expertise with precision wire forming to deliver springs that perform consistently in demanding sealing applications.

MP35N is highly resistant to sulfide stress corrosion cracking and provides excellent performance in the most demanding sour well environments. In seawater, MP35N is virtually immune to crevice and stress corrosion and pitting even at the highest strength levels.
